Specific Functions:
•    Design, develop and transfer novel manufacturing deposition processes for Luminescent materials and encapsulants. Interface with industry vendors to customize existing tools to meet Soraa product needs.
•    Develop, write and implement standard operating procedures for existing and new manufacturing tool sets.
•    Propose, Develop and implement process improvements for manufacturing throughput and color yield.
•    Monitor,  optimize and report  manufacturing process yields and improvements.
•    Establish strong working relationships with internal customers Epitaxy, Device, Test and Lamps groups to facilitate data flow and experimental results for the broader organization.
•    Additional responsibilities may include: Requesting quotations from vendors, developing prototype and production tooling, supporting product builds internationally, creating test plans, creating Bills of Materials and performing mechanical design verification of prototypes. Day to day responsibilities would be a mix of all these and general support of product development initiatives.
